Our story
In 2015 Luke started Hardy Steel Fabrications after working for various companies as an employee & contractor on the Northern Beaches. He completed his apprenticeship using a broad range of materials and found that structural steel and general fabrication of mild steel the choice of work he would like to specialise in. Luke prides himself with a hands-on approach from start to finish. Passionate, meticulous with a high attention to detail to ensure the end result is right for the client.
How We Deliver Results
Whether you have detailed drawings or just an idea, we’ll help guide your project from start to finish. Here’s how the process works:

Initial contact
either email drawings through or give us a call and we can discuss the job required

Site Visit & Consultation
We offer a site visit and/or meeting to get a better understanding of your job

Quote Preparation
Once we have the appropriate drawings and information we'll provide a tailored quote for your approval

Site Measure
If you accept the quote and have not already supplied measurements we can arrange a measure up.

Drawings & Approvals
Depending on the job we may need Computer aided design drawings prior to fabrication. These are done by a draftsman and then issued to you for approval

Steel Ordering
Steel is ordered once fabrication drawings are finalised and approved.

Fabrication & Finishing
We complete fabrication in-house, and apply the required finish to suit your project.

Delivery & Installation
Delivery is typically arranged for the same day as installation to streamline the process.
