We are a dynamic steel fabrication company that services Sydney and the Central Coast with our factory in Hornsby on the Upper North Shore. Hardy Steel Fabrications specialises in structural steel fabrication and installation but also carry out general fabrication work.
Our clientele ranges from local builders needing a house build to the general public after some welding. If you need anything customised to suit a certain space or multiple of the same item we can get the job done in the most economical and efficient way without breaking the budget.
If you have drafted fabrication drawings or just a sketch, we can produce a finished product exactly to how you want it. We can also offer ideas, specialised advice and even a site visit.

Structural Steel Fabrication
We can fabricate beams, PFC’s and posts to suit all different building applications. If cleats or holes are needed we can accommodate that as well but not subject to.
Architectural Steel
We fabricate various components for various building applications including portal frames, awnings, gates, stairs, and handrails.We pride ourselves for requested personal detail outside the general criteria.
Custom and General Fabrication
If you need a custom gate, bracket, handrail or a one off item we can work closely with you and provide ideas and solutions to help get it from idea to reality.
Site Welding
We can provide site welding either it be new steel or repair work. If the steel has been installed and just needs welding or variations.
Installations
Whether it be installation, fabrication or even both we can source someone out to get the job done. Our tradesmen are all qualified with their own tools, equipment and insurances.
Finishes
Our finishes range from primed to hot dip galvanised and can arrange a special finish if required.
